I've always been obsessed with words.
It wasn't until I got older that I realized I could turn my passion for reading and writing into a full-blown career.
Since my discovery, I've been working tirelessly to become a better-educated, increasingly-curious storyteller and communications professional. I graduated with a BA in Rhetoric, Writing, and Communications from the University of Winnipeg and a diploma in Creative Communications from Red River College Polytechnic.
I've been published in several academic and non-academic journals in Canada and the United States (check out my publications here) and have earned multiple awards for my work, including the Advertising Association of Winnipeg Award in 2024.
If you need meaningful, strategic writing for any project, I'd love to work with you.

I was floored to win this one in my first year of college, surrounded my new peers and instructors. I'm happy my character shone through!
"The selected students must have a minimum GPA of 3.5, have positive attitudes, show leadership, and support fellow classmates."
My article "Time to BeReal: The Rise of Fabricated Authenticity on Social Media" got me this award! Turns out, BeReal is not so real...
“The English-Speaking Union Prize is offered to the student presenting the best piece of expository writing in an upper-level rhetoric or writing course.”
I was able to keep my GPA above 4.0 — the late nights paid off!
"This scholarship will be awarded to a student who has declared a major in Rhetoric, Writing and Communications... with a high mark in Academic Writing, and further demonstrates excellent writing abilities."
